About Us
KG Power Systems started in 1949 rewinding armatures in a Brooklyn garage for the Coney Island Bumper Car Company. Over the past 60 years, we have grown to become one of New York's premier industrial equipment sales and service centers. We have expanded to include services on electric motors, gear motors, air compressors, pumps, fans, blowers, controls, drives, vacuum pumps, pump alignments, and gearing.
From our humble beginnings, KG Power Systems in Hauppauge, New York, has grown through hard work, honesty, knowledge, and a customer-first attitude. Our clients have come to rely on this attitude, and we pledge to continue it for another 60 years.
